Meet the Morsels
Some are classics. Some have been tinkered with for years. And some are still making their way out of the Test Kitchen. Our menu changes throughout the year, so you won’t necessarily find every flavor in every drop.
See something you love? Better grab it when you see it.

THE Chocolate Chip Cookie
Sometimes you just want a really good chocolate chip cookie.
My take on the classic is packed with chocolate (of course!) and baked for that satisfying combination of a tender center and deliciously baked edges.
No gimmicks necessary. Just a really good cookie.
Flavor notes: Chocolate • Brown Sugar • Classic
Contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Soy

The Brookie
Half cookie. Half brownie. No need to choose.
THE Chocolate Chip Cookie meets a rich, fudgy brownie in the Morsel that has been causing arguments over the last cookie for years.
This family favorite has been tweaked and tested until the brownie side was just fudgy enough to satisfy Mae Mae’s most brutally honest taste tester.
Flavor notes: Chocolate. Lots and lots of chocolate • Brown sugar
Contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Soy

Oatmeal Raisin Raisin
We’re Team Raisin around here.
Chewy oats, so many sweet raisins we put it in the name twice and plenty of comforting cookie goodness make this an old-fashioned favorite.
It’s also my husband’s favorite Mae Mae’s cookie, which earns it a permanent defender whenever the great oatmeal-raisin debate begins.
Flavor notes: Oats • Raisin • Warm & Comforting
Contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg

White Chocolate Macadamia
Sweet, buttery and just a little indulgent.
Creamy white chocolate meets buttery macadamia nuts in a rich cookie with plenty of crunchy texture in every bite.
This one has already developed a fan club of its own.
Flavor notes: White Chocolate • Macadamia • Rich & Buttery
Contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Soy, Tree Nuts (Macadamia)

Seasonal Morsel — Available through Thanksgiving
Chewy Pumpkin
Pumpkin season has officially entered the cookie box.
Made with real pumpkin, brown sugar, vanilla, and warm pumpkin pie spice, this soft and chewy fall Morsel gets rolled in spiced sugar before baking for an extra layer of sweet, cozy flavor.
No pumpkin-shaped gimmicks required. Just a really good fall cookie.
Flavor notes: Pumpkin • Brown Sugar • Warm Spice • Vanilla
Contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg
From the Test Kitchen
You Never Know What Mae Mae Is Baking Next.
This is where the unusual ingredients, seasonal ideas and “I wonder what would happen if…” cookies live.
Test Kitchen Morsels may appear as limited releases while they’re being developed. If people love them enough, you never know—they may earn a place on the menu.
Seasonal Morsels
Chewy Pumpkin is taking over our seasonal Morsel spot through Thanksgiving. After that, Seriously Soft Molasses returns just in time for the holidays.

Sugar and Spice
The name pretty much gives this one away.
Soft pillowy texture, warmly spiced with a slightly crunchy sugary topping, this is the cozy cookie of the Mae Mae’s lineup.
It’s the kind of cookie I love with particularly good with a cup of coffee, a cold glass of milk—or standing over the cookie box deciding whether taking another one technically counts as two servings.
Flavor notes: Molasses • Warm Spice • Soft & Chewy
Contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg
Some cookies are simply better when their season rolls around. Watch for rotating flavors inspired by holidays, seasonal ingredients and whatever has caught my attention lately. Join The Mae Mae’s VIP List for first notice when limited flavors are released.
