Hi, I’m Nicolette—the baker behind Mae Mae’s Morsels.
What started years ago with Christmas cookie trays for family and friends has turned into something I never quite expected: a cookie business. I’m still making the cookies people have been fighting over for years, but I’m also doing what I’ve always loved to do in the kitchen—experimenting.
You’ll find familiar favorites like Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Raisin alongside seasonal flavors, limited-edition Morsels, and whatever happens to be coming out of the Mae Mae’s Test Kitchen.
Because everyone’s taste buds are different. My job is to find the cookie that makes yours sing.

How Cookie Drops Work
Fresh Cookies. Small Batches. Limited Drops.
Rather than keeping every cookie available every day, Mae Mae’s Morsels operates through scheduled cookie drops.
1. See what’s dropping.
We’ll announce the menu, available quantities and ordering dates online and through Mae Mae’s VIP List.
2. Place your order.
Choose your Morsels while ordering is open. Quantities may be limited. You’ll get a pickup time window, day, and location before you order
3. I get baking.
Once ordering closes, it’s time for the flour, butter, cookie scoops and baking sheets to come out.
4. Get your Morsels.
Meet me at the pickup location during your pickup day and time window.
5. Enjoy!

Things Could Get Interesting.
Not every cookie begins as a classic. Sometimes it starts with an ingredient I’ve never baked with before. Sometimes someone suggests a flavor or flavor combination Sometimes I’ll run across a cookie that I really, really need to try. Occasionally my brutally honest taste tester—also known as my husband—tells me something needs work.
That’s when it heads into the Test Kitchen.
Follow along as I experiment with new ingredients, flavors and ideas. Some will eventually make their way into a cookie drop. Others…well, that’s why we test them first. Come over and join me for the ride.
